Preparing Pistachio with Rice – Step by Step Guide
Step 1:
To prepare pistachio rice, start by rinsing the rice and placing it in a container with water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and allow the rice to soak. If your rice is fresh, it doesn’t need to be soaked for a long time.
Step 2:
In this step, fill a suitable pot halfway with water and place it on high heat. Once the water starts boiling, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.

Now add the soaked rice and pistachios to the pot, and wait for the water to come to a boil again. Once the water starts boiling, use a spoon to remove the foam from the surface of the water and discard it.
